Yes! We have an order minimum $250 before taxes and delivery. We do offer fully constructed Grab & Go Balloon Garlands for anyone looking to spend less.

If your order meets the minimum requirement of $250, we would be delighted to deliver and install our balloon creations for you! Delivery times are arranged based on your event start time and venue availability.

We highly recommend securing your date by booking at least two weeks in advance (the sooner the better) to ensure availability and to guarantee we have the materials needed for your envisioned balloon decor. If you have a confirmed event date and venue but are still deciding on the specific balloon decor, you can secure your date with a $250 deposit. This way, you can lock in your reservation while refining the details of your balloon arrangements.

Heirloom Balloon Designs uses high quality balloons and materials. Nevertheless, certain balloons may pop or deflate earlier than expected. We cannot assure the longevity of your balloons once they are in your possession due to environmental factors such as weather, the presence of children or pets, varied surfaces, hot or cramped car conditions, and surrounding foliage. Any balloons we accidentally damage during transportation or setup will be promptly replaced.

Our Grab & Go Garlands are the ideal budget-friendly choice that delivers a burst of excitement! These garlands are expertly crafted by us, ready for pickup, and can be effortlessly hung and styled by you. Included in each package are user-friendly hanging instructions and all the necessary materials. It's a hassle-free way to add a pop of joy to your space!

Our location is in Macomb County, conveniently near I-696. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with the pickup address.

In the event of a cancellation, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on availability, up to two times.
The preparation of your balloons starts several days before your event; if you need to cancel your event within 72 hours of the date, you will be subject to additional material costs if you wish to reschedule.

If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your pickup date.

The installation time for our balloon décor depends on the size of the design. We inflate everything in advance to aim for an installation time of under an hour and half whenever possible.
